Port and marina buoys
Port and marina buoys are durable, affordable and highly visible, making them ideal for harbor areas.
Cost-effective buoy solutions for port areas
Our port and marina buoys have been designed as cost-effective, durable solutions that feature sufficient detectability to meet the needs set by various uses in ports and marinas. The design and polyethylene structure of the buoys prevent damage both to the buoy and boats in the event of collision.
Port Buoy VPU400-6.5
Port Buoy VPU400-6.5 is a durable, cost-efficient buoy particularly well-suited to port areas and marinas. The buoy has a diameter of 400 mm and a focal plane of 2.3 m, and it is moored conventionally using a sinker and a buoy chain.
The buoy features excellent detectability due to its powerful radar and retro-reflectors and bright surface color. The buoy can be equipped with a lantern of less than 4 kg in weight.

Smart features and environmental friendliness
Both buoys can be equipped with remote monitoring capabilities, allowing the status and location of safety equipment to be tracked in real time via the SeaDatics system. This enhances channel safety, anticipates maintenance needs, and reduces maintenance costs as well as environmental impact.
All buoys are 100 % recyclable, and detached markers can be quickly located with remote monitoring technology, preventing them from becoming plastic waste in the environment.
