We inspect the customer’s navigational aids annually, in accordance with the established service agreement. Fault service is part of our service: when a navigational aid fails, our experienced waterway maintenance team receives information from the authority system or the customer and inspects the situation. Depending on the agreement, we repair the fault immediately or provide the customer with a detailed repair proposal and cost estimate.

3. Reporting and documentation

All repair actions are recorded and reported to the authoritys’s Reimari2-system, where the issue is marked as resolved. The system directly notifies both the authority and the customer, allowing fault reports to be completed quickly.
