In our daily operations, we build an efficient and thriving work community by ensuring occupational safety, satisfaction, and equality. A satisfied, skilled, and continuously developing workforce is at the core of our activities.
We employ approximately 420 people locally and nationwide, contributing to livelihoods and well-being within Finnish society. In addition to this, Arctia has a significant role in security of supply as well as safe and smooth maritime navigation.
